Cameron James Professional Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a Professional Services Company based in Central London currently recruiting for an HR Administrator. This position is full time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

To support the HR function offering an accurate, focused administrative service covering the following areas:

• New starter processes
• Absence documentation and recording
• Disciplinary and Grievance procedural reporting and taking notes in meetings
• Recruitment: placing adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews and feedback delivery
• Data Analysis: Production of reports and analysis of statistics produced in a timely fashion for manager meetings and monthly reports.
• You will work closely with the HR Officer in providing diary management, letters and data analysis for the managers

Necessary experience:

• Proven intermediate experience across all Microsoft office suite
• Experience at a similar level in an HR department
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organisation
• Ability to multi task and handle multiple tasks and project at one time.
• To have handled full administration duties across a generalist HR role.

Salary details:

£20,000 - £24,000

Working hours Mon-Fri 08:30-5:30 with flexibility dependent on workload.
