Cameron James are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading Public Sector organisation in West London looking to strengthen their HR team with a Senior Recruiter reporting into the Recruitment and HR Services Manager.

The key responsibilities of this role will encompass:

To develop with key stakeholders robust recruitment plans for each department and vacancy
To confidently advise on the best recruitment and selection tools and ensure these are utilised
Evaluation of role profiles, salary benchmarking and employment checks required
To design and implement recruitment processes and interview questions across the business
To provide specialist expertise and input to interview and assessment panels
To proactively source candidates directly, and engage the services of specialist agencies when appropriate at the best fee rates
To be present at interviews when appropriate and deliver feedback to candidates and managers
To update the HR system and produce monthly recruitment reports
To actively engage in the HR team, contributing ideas for provision of better service
To balance recruitment costs with set budget, and take the lead in checking invoices for recruitment

The ideal person will:

Have practical experience from within a recruitment environment
Have managed end to end recruitment processes
Have a mix of In-house and Agency experience
Ideally have Psychometric Testing experience
Demonstrable experience in all aspects of sourcing, selection and interview/assessment design including assessment centres
