Job Information

I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Assistant/Officer to join a leading Care organisation based near Guiseley in West Yorkshire.

They are looking for a dynamic, efficient and fast paced HR professional to join their team. This is an established organisation where career progression and support is available.

Responsibilities:
* Advising and taking the lead on disciplinary, grievance, probationary, performance meetings as required, supporting unit managers.
* Ensure that key HR Administration and systems are maintained in terms of Pre-employment checks such as DBS, references, contracts, letters, holiday and sickness administration
* Review and update policies and procedures ensuring these are in line with current legislation and reflect the company’s HR line.
* Influence and negotiating with key line management to ensure that any issues are raised and addressed correctly.
* Supporting the HR Manager to ensure clear HR focus and presence throughout the business

The Person:
* Previous HR experience is essential
* CIPD or equivalent is desirable
* Able to pass a DBS check
* Car owner and driver essential
