My North Leeds based client is currently recruiting for a Purchase ledger clerk to join their busy hands on accounts team. The company is a Nationwide company and have a strong presence in their market.

Duties include:

• Managing purchase ledger from start to finish
• Processing high volume of invoices
• Match, batch and coding of invoices
• Authorising payments
• Dealing with queries
• Assisting the senior accountant

Previous experience within purchase ledger is essential and you must be able to work in busy environment ensuring that accuracy is maintained while working under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, self motivated and enthusiastic candidate who would be able to hit the ground running.
