Corporate Insurance Account Handler
Location: Stockport
Salary : Up to Β£30,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

A reputable and established National Insurance Brokerage are in the process of expanding their Corporate division and are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Handler for this role.

Our client trades on an open market policy allowing access to all markets to provide the client base with the most competitive terms and cover available on the market.

Duties of the Corporate Insurance Account Handler Role:

• Dealing with Corporate clients of all nature
• Providing support to Account Executives
• Building rapport and maintaining relationships
• Dealing with premiums up to Β£100,000
• Processing correspondence, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input
• Understand client’s situation, opportunities and problems and design of appropriate solutions
• Expand existing client portfolio to include additional covers and to produce new business leads for sales teams.
• Undertaking training in line with agreed objectives and keep up-to-date with technical, legal and market developments via use of e-learning, internal training and reading market related material.

Requirements for the Commercial Insurance Account Handler Role:

• At least 3+ years of experience in dealing with all classes of Commercial Insurance
• Certificate of Insurance desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of the Commercial Market place
