Corporate Account Handler

Location: Manchester

Status: Full Time

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Excellent benefits

Company Profile: My client is one of the largest inational brokers in the United Kingdom. They are well established and are a financial stable company which has been established for over 15 years.

Job Description:

� Dealing with Corporate clients of all nature
� Providing support to Account Executives
� Building rapport and maintaining relationships
� Dealing with premiums up to £100,000
� Processing correspondence, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input
� Understand client�s situation, opportunities and problems and design of appropriate solutions
� Expand existing client portfolio to include additional covers and to produce new business leads for sales teams.
� Undertaking training in line with agreed objectives and keep up-to-date with technical, legal and market developments via use of e-learning, internal training and reading market related material.

Qualifications:

Experience

� At least 3+ years of experience in dealing with all classes of Commercial Insurance
� Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial, but not essential

Education

� GCSE level or above
� Certificate of Insurance desirable but not essential

Skills

� Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
� Good knowledge of the Commercial market place
� Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
� Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
� Working within a team environment
� IT Literate
