Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a National Healthcare organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to become a valuable part of their Human Resources department responsible for the delivery of the HR function and supporting Managers to manage staff independently.

Responsibilities:

• Cover a wide range of ER issues and support several projects within the business.
• Delivery of the HR and function supporting managers to manage staff independently
• Support with reviewing and developing HR policies, guides and frameworks for managers to manage their staff
• Reporting and benchmarking of HR information
• Supporting & developing managers through coaching, training and 1:1 sessions
• Supporting on complex HR related issues
• Deliver support on all HR functions to managers and staff
• Support manager’s to manage their staff groups independently offering advice and guidance when needed.
• Support the Recruitment Officers/Assistants with the recruitment and on-boarding processes, ensuring ownership by local managers.
• Ensure HR compliance is maintained and reviewed on a regular basis (spot checks).
• Support on delivery of meaningful HR management information.
• Support managers with organisational wide staff retention.

Person Specification:

• Relevant experience or qualification in an HR related discipline.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Should be an articulate with ability to draft clear, fluent, grammatically accurate and concise written communications
• Should be competent using Microsoft Office Packages specifically Work, Excel and Outlook
