Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with an International Marketing organisation who are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator in their London office.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the HR team you will be supporting the recruitment delivery across the business, ensuring stakeholders receive effective and proactive support.
• Reporting to the Talent and Diversity Business Partner you’ll manage internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners, working together to ensure all job summaries accurately reflect the roles within our business and ensuring we communicate the essence of the role.
• Providing practical solutions to recruitment requests by either sourcing direct applicants (company web site, job board, LinkedIn etc.), briefing agencies, targeting specific groups and developing a pool of candidates.
• Total responsibility for the administration and reconciliation of invoices and heavily involved in the finance cost forecasts, recruitment spend/vacancy authorisation, job board vacancy allocation and compliance checks on potential employees’ entitlement to work within the UK.
• As the role develops you will have the opportunity to become involved with the practical implementation of the talent management strategy
• Oversee and drive the Apprenticeship Scheme; targeting recruitment events with local colleges and communities.
• You will co-ordinate the company-wide induction programme, working in conjunction with the marketing team, key internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure it consistently represents our employer brand.

Person Specification:

• Microsoft Office : especially Word and Excel
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
• A successful history of working well under pressure, with tight deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and planning ability with excellent communication skills at all levels.
• A creative solutions-focus approach
• Ability to build support and sponsorship of initiatives and collaboration amongst stakeholders.
• Experience within in-house or agency recruitment.
• Degree educated (or equivalent).
• Interviewing skills.
