SME Insurance Renewals Advisor

Location: Poynton

Status: Full Time

Salary: Up to £22,000 + Excellent benefits

Company Profile: My client is one of the largest independent brokers in the United Kingdom. They are well established and are a financial stable company which has been established for over 30 years.

Job Description:

� To deal with customer sales enquiries and provide quotations to existing clients
� Telephone call handling
� Assisting clients at reception with enquiries
� Processing mid-term adjustments and inviting renewals
� Scanning when required, processing incoming post and issuing cover notes in addition to any other relevant administration task
� Work as part of a team to achieve monthly financial targets through the selling and servicing of policies; including policy renewals
� To ensure all client documentation is issued correctly and internal records kept up to date
� Supporting team members in their activities as directed
� Actively cross sell across the company
� Dealing with insurer policy/account queries
� Update the team

Qualifications:

Experience

� 1+ years experience in the insurance industry, in either a Personal Lines or SME environment

Education

� GCSE level or above

Skills

� Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
� Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
� Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
� Working within a team environment
� IT Literate

Working Conditions:

� Within 1 mile of nearest train station
� Onsite parking available
� Office environment

Work Hours

� Working hours are between 9am : 5pm Monday to Friday
