My client plays a prominent role within the motor industry, due to expansion they are looking to take on a graduate finance assistant. If you have a degree in Accountancy and Finance or a Business degree and looking to work within Accountancy and Finance and want to start a career, this might be the job for you.

Main Responsibilities:

� Using Kerridge internal systems to manage the company accounts.
� Review and Process suppliers� invoices and statements into our accounting system.
� Reconcile supplier statements.
� Posting of all bank transactions.
� Prepare monthly ad hoc reports for the Finance Manager review.
� Controlling the day to day running of a portfolio of suppliers
� Regular supplier reconciliations, contacting suppliers regarding any anomalies
� Assisting with the weekly supplier payment run
� Liaising with client accountants, surveyors, facilities managers with regards to supplier or invoice queries
� Ad-hoc

Key skills:

� Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
� Excellent written and oral communication skills
� Excellent time management and organisational skills
� Must be a team player who is able to carry out instructions
� Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
� Must be proactive, able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload
� Conscientious approach with an eye for detail

Salary : £18,000 : £20,000
