Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with an established and market leading logistics organisation looking to appoint a HR Administrator for a fixed term of 12 months, on a full time basis. The role will require the successful individual to ensure best practice in all HR areas and needs an experienced HR Administrator to assist with the following duties:

• Maintain employee records in accordance with current legislation.
• Assist in the monitoring and recording of employee data in order to support management.
• Complete HR related written correspondence in a timely manner in accordance with current legislation.
• Administration support in relation to on boarding new employees, training, disciplinaries and contracts.
• Arranging interviews and distributing rejection/offer letters.
• Work together with the HR Manager and team to promote and facilitate the achievement of company and corporate objectives.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers at all times.
• Provide back-up telephone answering to the Department.



The ideal candidate will have the following:



• Good understanding of HR contract and employment terminology
• Experience in a HR Administrator or Assistant role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organisation skills
• Prioritisation/Time Management skills
• Adaptable and versatile
• IT literate to include Word/Excel
