Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with an established food manufacturing organisation looking to appoint a HR Manager on a full time, permanent basis, based in North Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking business who is consistently growing. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager, who is looking for an opportunity where they can make a real impact, and be empowered to share ideas to help contribute towards the success of the business. Managing a small team, the HR Manager will provide a full generalist service across the organisation. Working alongside management and directors, they will also act as an advisor in all areas of employee interaction.



Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead & direct HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Implementing and reviewing HR policies, processes & procedures
• Managing employee relations, such as absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that need improvement
• Performance management : coaching managers on issues and processes
• Learning, Development and Training : providing guidance, implementing agenda, and identifying needs
• Managing recruitment and retention through talent and succession planning
• Coaching & advising senior management on all people issues
• Managing HR budget
• Devising business and people solutions for the organisation



The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a HR Management position
• CIPD qualified or part way through qualification
• Strong employment law knowledge
• An adaptable, positive, and pragmatic approach
