A highly reputable independent insurance brokerage firm are looking to expand their team by appointing a Trainee Insurance Broker at their office based on the outskirts of Leeds.

This is a trainee role and full training and support will be provided to help you develop the skills, knowledge and experience that are necessary to help you progress into a role as an Account Handler.

You will be trained and mentored to provide excellent service to each of our clients whilst continuing to maximise client retention and ensuring that work is handled in an efficient and compliant manner.

You will be encouraged to study for a qualification in insurance where we will provide full support to help you to develop outstanding broking skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will be articulate, inquisitive and eager to learn. Some experience within the insurance industry is ideal for this role as they will develop these skills further.

The salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 and the hours are 9am -5pm Monday to Friday with a holiday entitlement of 25 days. Own transport would be easier although they are close to a main bus line and free parking is available on site.
