Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with an established HR solutions organisation looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis based in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor / HR Officer, who is looking to work in a fun and fast paced environment. To be successful for this HR Advisor role you will need to have advised on Employee Relations and advised at different levels. You must also have a minimum of 2 years experience within a HR advisory role.



Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide online & telephone advice & guidance to clients on Employee Relation issues, including dismissals, grievance/appeals and other complex cases.
• Advice will be pragmatic and solution-orientated
• Coach managers to address and resolve ER issues
• Manage ER cases proactively and effectively to ensure key interventions and other case management events are kept to a minimum and progressed efficiently.
• Capture and track advice given on case management system, ensuring key information is inputted.
• On occasion provide on-site support to client organisations and attend meetings to support line manager



The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years HR experience within an advisory role
• A positive, approachable and personal approach
• Good knowledge of, and proven track record advising on Employee Relations, including complex cases
• Good employment legislation knowledge
• Good IT skills, proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office packages
