Job Information

My client, a forward thinking media company based in Shoreditch, are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join their small finance team. This role will be focussed on Accounting, with a separate member of the team working on management accounts.

Main duties:

• To reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• P&L analysis
• Manage all transactions being processed through the bank accounts, including all payroll
• Treasury management including multi-currency accounts
• Prepare annual audit file
• Taxation, VAT, Company Accounts and compliance
• Preparing monthly VAT returns
• Ad hoc project work

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified ACCA or ACA
• Proficient with Excel
• Full understanding of UK GAAP and tax obligations
