Job Information

Our client is a global professional services company based in Central London they are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager. This exciting and varied role will include the following duties:

• Manage month end closes and ensure that deadlines are met
• Produce monthly management accounts, draft P & L and balance sheets
• Manage and control overhead costs
• Budget tracking
• Manage all Audits
• Reviewing weekly Cash flows for each entity.
• Managing billings, job costings and work in progress.
• VAT calculations for UK and European entities.
• Prepare monthly reports
• Ensure that statutory accounts and tax returns are produced in a timely and accurate manner
• Supervise accounting staff, coordinating work flow, assisting with reviews and mentoring.

Role requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Degree educated (1st or 2.1)
• Used to hitting tight reporting deadlines with an eye for accuracy and completeness
• Demonstrable experience in developing processes and controls in a finance function
• Working knowledge of job costings
• European VAT / Taxes knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of UK/US GAAP
