An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client within the Investment sector; they are looking for an experienced Financial Director to join the team.

Reporting into the Managing Director the role will be a `hands on` position, you will responsible for the full finance function and all the day to day accounting. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

� Management of the finance team
� Completion of management accounts
� Preparation of the Year-end accounts
� Setting Annual budgets and forecasts
� Cash flow forecasting
� Investment reporting
� Company Secretarial duties
� VAT returns
� Payroll and expenses
� Reviewing operating Procedures
� Treasury management
� Attending management meetings
� Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will possess a technically strong and hands on background and be able to demonstrate that they have experience to do the role and add value.
