My Reading based client are looking for a Qualified candidate to head up the management accounts team where you will be working directly with a variety of international clients.

Duties include:

� Developing management accountant team and accounting supervisors
� Business development and cross selling
� Bringing on new clients
� Liaising with other teams
� Reviewing monthly reporting packs and VAT filings
� Coordinating staff timetables
� Developing relationships

Candidates will be

� ACCA/CIMA Qualified
� Excellent communication skills

Offering competitive salary of c£38k - £40k dependent on experience. Due to location candidates must have their own transport and driving licence.
