We are working with a well-established international governing body based in South London and they are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join the business - this is to cover a contract - for 18 months.

Reporting into and supporting the HR Manager, the role will involve all aspects of HR and will be a generalist and varied post. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Providing HR support to around 120 employees - based in the UK and also internationally
•Maintenance of the human resources database and assisting in the administration of all HR policies and procedure
•Preparing monthly payroll data for submission to the payroll provider and administration of the pension scheme - maintaining records, starters / leavers etc
•Undertake all HR filing and preparation of all HR documentation.
•Assist in providing human resources information to all employees on employment policies and procedures.
•Providing all administrative support on recruitment activity including involvement with recruitment agencies, managing CV’s, advertising of vacancies, organising and attending interviews
•Involvement with the full on-boarding process; referencing, new starter induction programmes
•Providing all administrative support for leavers.
•Dealing with initial ER issues and then providing all relevant information to the HR Manager to support the business
•Arranging and keeping records for medicals / eye tests - issuing all documentation and keeping all payment details.
•Provide support in maintaining relations with professional advisor's and service providers: e.g. employment agencies, payroll and training providers.

For this role candidates will ideally be studying towards CIPD (or equivalent) and must have proven experience working at this level.

This is a varied and hands on role, involved with all aspects of a generalist HR role. Candidates must be able to work from their own initiative and be confident dealing with people across the business.
