My North London based client is currently looking for a PA on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. Candidates will have previous experience within Arts/ high end fashion sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family run business.

The role will include:

• Diary management
• Dealing with queries
• Supporting direct line managers
• Supporting business to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up calls on completion of orders
• Arranging transport and travel
• Dealing with sales consultants
• Updating company client database
• Providing Front of House cover when needed
• Attending client events and private viewings where necessary

If you are immediately available and have experience working in a similar environment. Offering hourly rate based on competitive salary dependent on experience.
