We are working with a growing technology business and they are recruiting for an experienced Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Advisor to join the business.

The role is to start ASAP so ideally candidates will be immediate or on short notice (although this is not essential).

Working as part of the recruitment and HR team, the main focus of the role will be managing and responsible for recruitment for the business. Due to continued growth they have around 30-40 roles that they are currently recruiting - mainly technical / engineering based positions. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Working as part of a team of 3 people within recruitment, based within the HR department
•Lead and ownership for all recruitment within the business - junior to senior level roles
•Liasing with the line manager on recruitment needs, including taking full role briefs, candidate shortlisting
•Designing and writing job description and role briefs, advertising positions on relent job boards and social media
•Candidate attraction - advertising on job boards, LinkedIn, head-hunting, use of social media and also liaison and managing relationships with recruitment agencies
•Initial candidate screening and telephone interviews
•Managing the interview and offer process
•Proactivley sourcing candidates - competitor mapping, recruitment strategies, referrals and head-hunting etc

For this role candidate will need to have proven recruitment experience - ideally within technical or engineering markets (or similar candidate lead markets).

The ideal candidate could be from a recruitment agency, looking to move into Internal Recruitment, an experienced Internal recruiter or an experienced HR Advisor, who has been heavily involved within recruitment and wants to focus in this area.
