Our client, a small/medium firm of Chartered Financial Advisors requires an IFA Administrator to support their Client Services Manager in their offices in SE1 London.

The person: Must have some general office admin. experience and a willingness to take on any task necessary within a small team. Familiarity with the main Microsoft Office applications, a confident telephone manner and an ability to problem solve are required. Some experience within a small IFA firm would be an advantage and knowledge of the Adviser Office back office software system would be ideal.



The role: To provide admin backup to an extremely busy Client Services Manager and handle lots of interesting work, as well as the more mundane, with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
