Job Information

My client is currently recruiting for a key stakeholder within the corporate services division to be the Head of HR.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

You will be responsible for setting out and delivering a clear objective for the HR strategy and monitoring closing the performance to key objectives.
Heading up a shared service centre you will be aligning the key managerial support to the demands of the organisation to ensure efficiencies are maintained.

A key responsibility will be the lead and key advisor on the development of the people management strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, employment practice and support to the management of employees.

You will be responsible for a Senior HR team that comprises of the HR Shared Service Centre, HR Business Partners, HR Consultancy Team and OD Team.

Strong leadership skills, championing HR best practice and delivering the HR vision moving forward is essential.
You will have high energy levels and the ability to work at pace in a sustained and accurate manner.
As a person, you will need to be passion about the development of your people and teams.
As an ambassador you will uphold the professional behaviour expected of such a senior member of the organisation.
