My client, a global leader in the oil & gas industry are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist, ideally CIPD qualified.

You will be experienced working in a fast paced environment, dealing with all manner of ER generalist issues from grievance and disciplinary, absence management, TUPE, assisting and guiding site managers all all HR related issues.

Throughout the East Region you will be responsible for a headcount of 600 employees across 3 main sites.

You must have trade union experience and be confident in dealing with high level pay negotiations.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director you will be a self starter with excellent communication skills and be able to react to the demanding HR needs of the business. The ability to work independently and prioritise workloads is essential.

This is an excellent role for a seasoned Regional HR Manager. In addition to the basic salary, a monthly car allowance is also paid.
