I am currently recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk position for a small group with 4 entities to the business, where you will be managing the ledger on a day to day basis. This is a fairly small team so looking for candidates who can work in a hands on position. The role will include:

� Processing and reconciling of invoices
� Preparing payment lists for approach
� Posting payments
� Sales journals
� Reconciling supplier statements on monthly basis

You will also be trained to assist with the monthly payroll so previous experience is not essential.

� Processing of invoices experience
� Personable and team player

Systems used:

� Xero (similar to Sage line 50) as well as Sage Payroll

Salary:

� £25 - £28k dependent on experience
