My client is an established recruitment specialist with an enviable track record of achievements and substantial growth in recent years. To further grow the business, they are wishing to appoint a senior recruitment consultant to assist with developing their permanent recruitment desk. They have a large client base across multiple sectors many of whom have permanent recruitment requirements. With many clients working exclusively and on a retained basis, the volume of quality requirements to manage is secure and growing.

They are looking for a team player who holds a track record as a strong performer in the recruitment market who is looking to develop a long term career with genuine promotion prospects. They are having a very productive year and are on the expansion path, creating openings to across the business, so this will suit the career minded.

With a proven track record of £120,000 per annum billings and opening new clients, you will either have experience of running a team or would relish the opportunity to develop into a first managerial role.

You will be responsible for creating lasting client relationships with businesses across the region. This is a 360-degree recruitment role and will include candidate attraction, advertising, skills testing, selling, business development, negotiations and visiting client premises. You will also be responsible for a small team of consultants, setting targets, coaching and developing their own success.
