Our IT client based near Victoria are currently recruiting for a Contract Renewal Manager position on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will be to focus solely on their existing client base and renewing client contracts.

Duties will include:

� Managing a portfolio of approx. 350 clients
� Revenue forecasting for maintenance
� Managing the renewal process
� Organising and sending quotes out to clients before renewal dates
� Identifying issues and finding solutions with client managers
� Invoicing sales
� Reconciling of Deferred Revenue schedule
� Chasing and collecting customer base invoices
� Developing relationships with clients to ensure prompt payments of invoices
� Forecasting cash flow

� Confident
� Excellent communication skills
� Good planning and organisational skills
� Salesforce experience ideal but not essential

The client is looking for a candidate to start initially on a temporary basis but with the view of going permanent for the right candidate

Candidates must be immediately available or on one weeks notice

Salary based on £30k
