My client, a leading distributor, is looking for a Payroll candidate to join their expanding team. This opportunity, within an expanding organisation based in the Walsall area, focuses upon processing the payroll for multiple entities. Working within a payroll team of two, this role reports into the Senior Payroll Clerk.



Main duties:

• Processing a payroll for 800 people
• Working on a range of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly timescales
• Performing statutory deductions
• Assisting with pension scheme
• Processing expense claims
• Reconciling payroll



Ideal candidate:

• 4+ years’ in a similar role
• Knowledge of pensions
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Access software



This role will best suit someone who is wanting to join a busy department within a family run business. For this position, my client if offering a salary of up to £18,000 as well as other benefits.
