We are working with a well established services based company and due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a HR Administrator / HR Assistant to join the team.

Reporting into the HR Manager and working as a team of 5 people, the main focus of the role will be to support the HR team with all aspects of HR administration.This job will provide the opportunity for someone to start a career in HR. Main duties and responsibilities will include;

•Responsible for updating and managing personnel files
•HR Filing and administration
•General assistance to HR staff as required
•Assisting with recruitment administration - liaison with agencies to organise interviews, managing CV’s etc.
•Provide admin support to HR related meeting and taking minutes
•Responding to reference requests
•Issuing and managing internal staffing documents and notices - Health & Safety, Fire Roll, internal directories, car park diary etc
•Greeting visitors and organising car parking
•Long term opportunities to be involved in recruitment interviewing, payroll, and disciplinary hearings.

For this role candidates will ideally have started CIPD or have a HR related Degree, with some exposure to administration within a HR function.

Excellent administration - verbal and written skills are essential, in addition to the desire to take on more responsibility and progress a career within HR.
