We are working with a well established and growing services based agency and they are recruiting for HR Administrator.

Reporting into the HR Director the role will be involved with all aspects of HR and will be supporting around 120 UK based employees. Key aspects and duties to the role will include;

•Supporting and working closely with the HR Director, providing full admin support with all aspects of HR
•Manage all on-boarding procedures - Prepare all new starter documentation , Manage references , Establish employee files , work with Training Administrator to establish induction sessions
•Maintain confidential HR records and files, produce and maintain timely and accurate HR reporting for HR statistics and reports
•Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including note taking at meetings and the production of appropriate letters
•Develop and maintain HR policies as necessary
•Produce monthly payroll and pension information, administration and management of employee benefits, including company pensions, healthcare and cars as well as maternity and paternity details
•Co-ordinate and administer all absence management details
•Assist with the administration of annual HR processes - Annual performance review, Annual salary review, Annual bonus review
•Recruitment Administration - support recruitment manager as necessary, assisting to diarise interviews and creation of interview packs
•Involvement in HR projects - updating HR policies and staff handbook, updating job descriptions, rewards research.

For this role candidates must have proven HR experience at this level and ideally be studying towards CIPD.

It is essential that candidates are able to work independently and manage their own workload, as this is a busy HR position. Excellent communication and written skills are required.
