Our Client is an established firm of Wealth and Financial Advisors with a strong UK presents. They require a CF10 Compliance Manager, ideally level 6, to Head their Risk department.

As a senior member of the Management Team you will use your expertise to provide oversight and Guidance.

Overseeing a small group of Investment Consultants and Financial Advisors you will be responsible for setting out and applying the strategy for the Risk Management Team and ensuring that all FCA reporting requirements are handled in a timely manner.

As Head of Compliance, you should hold Diploma Status, Ideally Advanced, (or working towards) including G60 or AF3 and JO7/AF6 would be an advantage.

Experienced in the financial services regulatory environment and ensuring compliance with the relevant local and global regulatory requirements;

Expert knowledge of FCA rules and procedures
