My client, a leading manufacture across a number of locations, are looking for an experienced HR Administrator for a 6 month part time contract. The role is for 30 hours a week and my client is totally flexible on the hours to suit you.

In this role you will provide administration support for the HR function. This includes onboarding of new hires, resignations/terminations, implementing changes to terms and conditions, assisting in the recruitment process, administration of benefits (cars, private health insurance, salary sacrifice schemes, life assurance, long service awards, etc), management of annual and 3-yearly health surveillance of employees, absence management, including annual leave recording, monthly data transfer to payroll services, Reception cover during lunchtimes as required, etc.

Provides administration support for Pensions function, including payroll processing and reporting.

Assists in day-to-day HR responsibilities, including providing consistent feedback to employee questions and concerns, and advice to managers.

Complete the development and consistent administration of all human resources policies, programs and practices on all 3 sites.

To be considered, you will have both HR and Payroll administration experience in a fast paced commercial environment.

The salary is £19,200 for a 30 hour week.
