Working in partnership with the Senior Management Team, the role of HR Business Partner will contribute to overall implementation of planning and delivery of people management strategies. In addition, the role will be responsible for day-to-day transational activities, ensuring support on all HR matters.

Description

• Partnering the Senior Leadership team with issues associated with the relevant business function's strategies, policies, plans and budgets.

• Designing and delivering leadership development to grow management capability

• Working with the leadership team deliver an internal communications plan that includes the company vision and values

• Develop and embed an inclusive culture within the business to improve visibility across departments and inter departmental communication and succession

• Supporting the business in effective resource planning process including headcount management, recruitment and selection

• Manage complex ER cases including grievance and redundancy

• Co-ordinate work placement, apprenticeship and intern process

• Develop Starter procedures, developing a standardised induction process

• Insuring all HR policies are up to date with UK Employment legislation

Profile

• Proven HR Generalist experience on both a strategic and operational level

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• CIPD qualified - desirable

• Experience of recruitment and interviewing at levels

• Up to date knowledge of employment law

• A can do attitude

• Experience of delivering training and development
