Head of Farm - £55,000 DOE plus bonus & pension

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Head of Farm to join an entrepreneurial insurance brokerage. The role gives complete control of building the Farms & Estates business. On joining, change will be made so that you will be running a new division.
Duties:-

� Develop and grow the Farms & Agricultural business
� You will be responsible for P&L, recruitment, marketing, insurer relations, client servicing, new business and you will own a stake in the business.
� This is a very niche opportunity and you will have the benefit of exclusive warm leads from a partnership which has already been made with the farming industry.

Role Requirements:-

� General insurance experience essential
� Good level of market knowledge
� CII qualification preferred but not essential
� Client facing experience essential
� Computer literate
� Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market
� Good product and technical knowledge
� Ability to work in a team/team player
� Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
� Account management skills
