Cameron James are partnering with a great charitable organisation in North London

Reporting to the HR Manager and leading a team of HR Advisors - You will be joining a well-established HR team of 8. This is a generalist role with a specialism in recruitment and selection. Duties include;

• All aspects of generalist HR
• Ensuring the Advisor team administrates payroll correctly
• Support the annual audit of the payroll process and system
• Advise and support on Employee Relations (ER) matters such as disciplinary and grievances, absence management and performance management.
• Develop your HR Advisor Team’s knowledge on ER matters and assign cases as learning experiences.
• Keep up to date with Employment Law and any key issues or changes.
• Support the HR Manager in any legal actions against the organisation
• Support the HR Manager with any TUPE transfers throughout the whole process.
• Oversee the work in the team in the administrative tasks relating to the TUPE transfer.
• Support the HR Manager in the research of and updating and implementation of organisational rewards and benefits.
• Support the biannual review of HR Policies.
• Ensure all systems and processes and efficient and up to date.
• Ensure all policies, manuals and HR functions are up to date.
• Ensure effective and efficient service is provided by the HR team.
• Support and direct the Advisor Team in managing the assistant team by ensuring the skill, knowledge and expertise is up to scratch.
• Directly support the Advisor Team.

Recruitment

• Develop, plan and lead on innovative recruitment campaigns
• Using online organisational recruitment tools such as CV Library and LinkedIn as well as establish relationships with local resources such as job centres.
• Partnering with Operations & Development on building the PSL of agencies and negotiating and securing the best rates possible.
• Lead and implement organisational campaigns : collate and analyse campaign data to ensure effective proactive
• Supporting the HR Manager in month recruitment meetings.

Essential Skills

• CIPP is essential and CIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Experience advising and supporting managers
