We are working with a growing and well established IT consultancy group, and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join the business ASAP.

The role will be a part-time position - 4 days per week - c24 hours (0900 -1500).

Reporting into the CEO the role will be responsible for the full HR function across 4 companies in the group - working in a stand alone role, supporting around 100 employees with all aspects of HR. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Stand Alone Group HR role reporting to the CEO and Senior Team- responsible for all aspects of HR best practice
•Review and Implementation of all people related policies in line with business objectives and current employment legislation
•Support all staff in the full employee life-cycle
•Deal with queries and provide support in regards to HR policies, procedures and HR best practice
•Responsible for all aspects of a generalist HR role including, Recruitment, on-boarding / off-boarding, Training and Development, ER Issues, Performance management, attendance and sickness management
•Checking and submitting payroll information - amending and changing compensation and salary details, commissions, exits etc
•HR Administration and updating employee HR records
•Working on HR projects and company initiatives including benefits, training and rewards
•Support the business with contract changes, acquisition and mergers - TUPE experience would be ideal

For this role candidates must have proven experience at this level and have worked in a stand alone capacity. Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified (or equivalent), although this is not essential.

It would be a distinct advantage (although not essential) if candidates have worked within IT Development / Software / Consultancy.

Candidates must have strong communication skills and have a straight talking attitude, in addition to being confident taking a hands on approach within all aspects of HR - including being involved with HR administration.
