Job Information

We are working with a fast paced digital services business and they are looking for a HR Recruitment Assistant to joining the HR team on a 3 month contract.

You will be working in the recruitment function of the HR team and taking full responsibility for the co-ordination and administration of recruitment.

• Writing and reviewing all recruitment adverts and job descriptions to make sure they are all compliant and legal.
• Screening CVs and making sure the applications are relevant, using the criteria from the job specifications.
• Organising interviews and respond to candidates in a timely manner with feedback.
• Arrange the relevant assessments for successful candidates and send them to the Hiring Manager to review.
• Review the PSL and liaise with agencies to organise and negotiate it.
• Ad hoc participation in interviews.
• Process full offer packs to successful applicants once the offer has been made.
• Process reference requests in line with the company’s procedure as well as chasing references that haven’t been completed within the agreed time.
• Manage and process new starter documentation.
• Inductions and onboarding.
• Handle all recruitment queries, whilst providing excellent customer services to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
• Respond to queries from management to ensure that the procedures follow the best practice for recruitment.
• Continually monitor the recruitment practice and process to keep it up to date and compliant.
• Comprehensive support for the HR team
• Ad hoc duties as an when required by the HR Manager

You must have experience working as a recruiter as part of a HR Department, strong organisational skills, verbal and written communication as well as great attention to detail.
