We are working on an exclusive basis with a highly innovative and growing Legal Services / Technology business, who are looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager to join the business.

This is an exciting new position and will be responsible for managing the smooth running of this critical function within the business, providing a comprehensive, timely and cost effective recruitment service to the UK and International offices.

Reporting into the Head of Operations and HR Manager, key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Ownership of the whole recruitment process from creating job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, to the on boarding of new employees
•Work with line managers to put together job specifications, agree a selection process, criteria, and decision making to support the introduction of quality talent.
•Support line managers in the decision-making process, ensuring consistency and organisational 'fit', promoting best practice and providing coaching where necessary
•Standardise the interview process, putting together standard and department specific questions where appropriate to introduce a consistent approach by all departments.
•Conduct initial CVreview, screening interviews and short-listing of candidates.
•Liaise with all the business units on their recruitment needs and become familiar with the recruitment environment in each business/department.
•Take responsibility for all recruitment administration, including: advertising roles, arranging of interviews, drafting offer letters, contracts, regret after interview letters, induction and safe screen management and change to terms and conditions.
•Work closely with the finance department on all payroll/staffing matters
•Review the cost effectiveness of recruitment methods and aim to use the most cost effective method to gain the strongest candidates.
•Build relationships with specialist agencies to ensure we benefit from the best terms and are made aware of the strongest candidates.
•Increase presence on LinkedIn and other social media sites
•Liaise with universities for the provision of placement students and cement existing relationships to attract graduate entrants.
•Provide advice to the management team on market rates to ensure salaries are competitive.
•Ensure the onboarding and induction process is consistent throughout the business and candidates are regularly reviewed throughout their probation period.

For this role candidates will need to have proven recruitment experience and be confident managing the entire recruitment function for a growing business.

The ideal candidate could be from a recruitment agency, looking to move into internal recruitment or an experienced Internal recruiter looking for their next move. Holding experience within the legal sector or recruiting for the legal industry would be a distinct advantage (although this is not essential).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing, award winning, vibrant company, that offers a friendly working environment and truly recognises and rewards employees hard work and commitment. Excellent benefits package included.
