Commercial Account Executive

Account Executive required to manage an established mid-market client portfolio for a leading UK insurance broking organisation.

Your role

You will inherit a stable client portfolio from a retiring colleague, the book is made up of cross class mid-corporate case with premiums typically 20k-GBP250k - your role will be to ensure smooth transition leading to onging growth.

This is an external, client facing role with full client responsibility and is targeted on both client satisfaction and account growth.

The business boasts an impressive insurer panel as well as an award winning inhouse claims division, allowing you to provide serious solutions to your clients and prospects.

Full Account Handling/broking support is available as well as specialist marketing colleagues where necessary.

You

You will probably be an experienced Account or Client Executive, comfortable with taking the lead on commercial or corporate insurance cases and with a track record of winning and retaining profitable business.

The client is prepared to consider an Account Handler or Account Manager looking to take the step up, providing the right attitude and aptitude is evident.

You will present a good mix of communication and negotiation skills as well as the technical knowledge required to speak to clients as an expert on insurance matters.
