My client, based in the Westminster area are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their business. This role would be well suited to someone with lots of experience within Accounts Payable who is looking for an immediately available position.

Main duties:

• Processing and authorising invoices
• Dealing with all payment queries
• Weekly / Monthly payment runs
• Raising purchase orders
• Processing employee expenses
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Essential experience;

• SAP experience essential

Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Purchase Ledger role
• Good Excel skills

This role will suit someone who is wanting to build upon a great foundation of Purchase Ledger knowledge. For this role my client is looking at offering up to Β£25,000 dependant on experience.
