I am currently recruiting for a Client Accountant who can join a busy, hands on team dealing with Residential properties for a prestigious business where you will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance.

Ideally looking for someone with Qube and service charge experience

� Management and control of purchase, sales ledger and general ledger
� Weekly BACS payment run to suppliers and contractors
� Balance Sheet reconciliation
� Ensuring that annual service charge budgets are accurate
� Issuing of service charge invoices
� Quarterly management reports
� Weekly Trade Creditors/debtors report
� Dealing and resolving all queries from suppliers and tenants
� Monthly bank reconciliation and weekly cashbook upload
� Identifying and resolving of discrepancies
� Weekly tenant recharge report
� Monthly Managements Accounts (monthly balance sheet and P&L)

Looking at offering competitive salary of c£30k - £35k dependent on experience
