Job Information

We are working with a well established and growing Law firm and they are looking for an experienced Trainer to join their Jersey office.

Working as part of the HR team, the role will focus on and be solely responsible for the design and delivery of training in this field within the Jersey operation. This will include technical and non-technical L&D solutions across a blend of face to face training, eLearning and other self-directed learning opportunities.

This role will involve design, delivery and third party supplier management of IT systems skills and soft skills learning solutions including:

•Design and delivery of all IT systems learning and development solutions in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts
•Assist with the induction programme, including delivery, to ensure it is operating effectively on a global basis and is joined-up with all of the on boarding activities for all new starters
•Initial consultancy/diagnosis of training needs (IT applications and soft skills ) to ensure that training solutions are proactive and support the strategic direction of the firm
•Assist with the management and ongoing development of the eLearning systems
•Development of eLearning solutions through 'Storyline' or other eLearning authoring software to support all learning programmes
•Supported by the Training Administrator, carry out administrative duties associated with the management of training programmes through a central eLearning system

For this role it is essential that candidates have had experience working in a similar level role and have proven Trainer experience. Ideally candidates will have a strong eLearning background.

Legal or Professional services experience would be a distinct advantage.

This role is based in Jersey, so candidates based in the UK will need to be aware of regulations when relocating. The firm will offer assistance with relocation costs.
