Job Information

My client, abased in Ladbroke Grove, are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator. This role is immediately available and will be responsible for assisting the team in the smooth running of the finance department.

Main Duties:

• Collating information to calculate/check invoices
• Converting invoices from Excel into SAGE
• Ensure data is accurately imported
• Receive invoice queries from customers
• Resolve any customer invoice queries
• Issue invoices and credit notes to customers
• Update account records

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail
• SAGE 50 experience
• Strong Excel skills
