This role is exclusive to Cameron James and will offer a talented HR In this exclusive role to Cameron James, you will be joing an organisation who are embarking on a significant period of change where HR is pivitol to the expected success.

Working very closeley with the HR Manager you will be a talented CIPD qualified HR generalist.

Key to this role is your OD, restructuring and performance management experience.

As the organisation is entering into a period or change and growth, the HR resources will be focussing on a variety of significant projects. You will be leading some and assisting with numerous projects to be presented at board level.

Working within an experienced, busy and friendly team, this is a high profile where you will be liasing with Managers and Senior Stakeholders within the organisation.

In addion to the above overview, you will be be responsible for the delivery of the following:

To effectively manage the HR Department and to train, coach and motivate the department’s staff in the absence of the HR Manager.

To support the organisations Management Team as required in relation to HR matters and to facilitate and encourage a consistent approach to HR issues.

To guide and support the Management Team in resourcing and multi-skilling

To maintain an effective recruitment policy.

To ensure the organisation complies with appropriate employment law and to advise Senior Management Team of any emerging issues or areas of concern.

Implement an effective Performance & Reward strategy across the business.

To support the Senior Management Team in the development of a Business Culture.

To act as the business' coaching and staff development champion.

To develop, promote and maintain a succession planning system.

To oversee the Society’s Health & Safety procedures.

To be responsible for Business Support function and Stores Department.

To identify appropriate training needs and requirements and ensure this is delivered through management committees.

To formulate and present the annual training budget to the Executive Management Team.
