We are working with a prestigious organisation and they are looking to recruit an experienced and capable HR Advisor to join the team.

Reporting into the HR Manager the role will be working as part of a team of 5 and will cover all aspects of generalist HR - Supporting around 700 employees. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Responsible for a wide range is HR areas, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle, recruitment, ER, Reward and L&D
•Providing support, coaching and guidance to managers on ER issues, including disciplinary/ grievances, performance management and absence management.
•Leading on general recruitment and selection- advising on job descriptions, advertising and selection activities and assisting with interviews and assessment centres and to support the summer opening volume recruitment programme
•Manage the on-boarding process for new starters, ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete, candidates are communicated with regularly and carrying out day-one inductions.
•Ensure all HR systems are accurate and up-to-date, updating and managing employee files
•Providing advice and support to employees and managers on all areas of HR policies and procedures
•Advising, updating and managing company benefits
•Liaising with the L&D team to advise on individual and team learning and development needs and options
•Supporting the annual performance review process
•Regularly reviewing, interpreting and presenting to senior management on people management MI, Recruitment and HR systems

For this role candidates will ideally be studying or hold CIPD and have proven experience at this level, within a generalist HR role.

Excellent communication skills and professional attitude are essential as you will be liasing with various senior managers and employees across the business.
