Procurement Services Team Leader

About the Role:

� To lead and manage the procurement services team
� Provide administrative, technical and transactional procurement services to support category management requirements and Procurement strategy
� Documenting library experience
� Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
� Standard operating Procedure management



About you as the Procurement Services Team Leader:

� Good knowledge of Procurement processes, procedures and governing legislation
� Good awareness of contract law, standard forms of contracting and regulatory / legislative requirements and the consequence of non-compliance
� IT literate, a high level use of MS Excel, previous use of ERP systems would be essential within the role
� You must be confident communicating at all levels both internally and externally
� Highly organised able to prioritise your work load
� Strong management experience
