Cameron James are partnering with a Not-For-Profit organisation to recruit for their new Part-Time HR Manager (25-30 hours a week). You will managing the HR team and will be reporting to the Deputy Director. Duties include:

• Leading the HR function and helping to make sure organisational objectives are met
• Delivering the final stages of the HR change programme
• To act as an active and important member of senior management team
• Help develop and implement the final stages of the change management programme
• Conclude and review the implementation of HR Policies
• Oversee the recruitment, retention and induction of Operational Staff and Volunteers.
• Oversee all aspects of work of the volunteers and Training Coordinator
• Direct the HR Administrator on projects as required
• Develop a system by which staff work and developmental plans are monitored and can be improved upon by capturing training needs
• Oversee coordination of annual training plan to support the organisational objectives as well as developing skills of staff and volunteers
• Work with Senior Management Team to encourage a culture of proactive professional development
• Provide personal development objectives for the team
• Oversee the recruitment process end-to-end ensuring all processes and requirements are met : providing full support to Team Leaders during recruitment periods
• Manage the process of Employee Relations
• Oversee the implementation of revised policies and procedures making sure they are all compliant : making adjustments where appropriate
• Oversee the company benefits and pensions as well as payroll
• Gather employee feedback and report outcome to the Senior Leadership team.
• Redevelop the induction process and carry out exit interviews for leavers
• Manage administration of the HR Systems
• Coach management on HR best practice
• Manage all HR related communications throughout the organisation

You must be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent HR qualification.

You must have excellent Generalist HR experience including extensive Employee Relations, Writing HR Policies, Analysing HR data, experience providing high level of HR support for the management team. You must also be experience in Organisation Development.

Experience working in the Charity Sector would be beneficial.
