A boutique IFA practice in the heart of Surrey are looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their existing team due to client retention and growth. This firm are known for giving bespoke, high quality and unrestricted Financial Advice to individuals and business owners, and are a client-centric firm looking for a candidate of a similar mindset.

As a more modern IFA, they are able to offer a stimulating work environment with a lot of reward in terms of responsibility and progression. They would be really interested to hear from candidates who are looking to eventually become Chartered Financial Planners, and have a strong paraplanning background. They feel they are able to develop and train experienced paraplanners, whilst utilising and appreciating their existing skillset.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in researching products and solutions depending on the information from the client fact-find
• Strong suitability report writing skills, able to write reports in things such as pension transfers, IHT, personal protection, business protection, cash flow and/or tax
• Good experience using systems such as Intelligent Office/Adviser Office and research tools such as Exchange/Selectapension
• A professional and credible demeanour, able to work well small team whilst prioritising workload
• Preferably Diploma qualified but if you're an exam or two away please don't hesitate to apply

The company are offering:

• An above-market rate salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOE
• DIS and an above-market average pension contribution
