My Client are a UK leading automotive manufacturer based in the North West who are currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis

Main duties & Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support at all levels within the business implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
Start to finish support within the recruitment process
Arrange and conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings from start to finish
Work with the HR Manager/HR Team to develop and implement various, current and planned, HR initiatives to support the business.
Involved in basic payroll administration
Be first Point of contact and stand in for HR Manager when required

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working at similar level with capability of standing in for the HR Manager when required.
CIPD level 7 or actively working towards this qualification.
Experience of supporting strategic change
Be able to cope within a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) at advanced level.
Driving license is required
