Job Information

Cameron James are representing a not-for-profit organisation based in Hampshire, who are looking for a part time HR Administrator (c.20 hours per week) to come in and assist the business with all HR Administration and a small bit of Payroll. You will be reporting in to the Manager, your main duties include:

• Responsible for all HR administration including offer letters, contracts, new starter information
• Assisting with writing and updating job descriptions
• Assist with the updating of policies and company handbook
• Preparing all relevant letter templates
• Monitoring eligibility to work documentation
• Handling maternity and paternity leave and other flexible working requirements
• Supporting and assisting directors and management a providing support with HR related issues
• Assist on ER related issues such as sickness, absences, performance related issues, disciplinaries etc.
• Complete employee references as and when needed whilst keeping the directors up to date
• Ensuring confidentiality is adhered to at all times
• Although payroll is outsourced you will be required to assist with monthly payroll administration and checking for discrepancies
• Ensure that all the correct employee documentation is inputted and administered appropriately.
• Notify the external payroll of any changes or ad-hoc payments
• Monthly timesheet analysis
• Administer company benefits such as Childcare Vouchers

Key Skills:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confident at communicating across all levels, both verbally and written communication.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Although travel is not essential for this role it would be beneficial if you could travel to the different sites every so often.
